It is a delicious wine that would bring smiles to everyone at the table. 

Appearance: It is a well-aged merlot with a garnet colour.

Nose: It needs air to open up and show all the aromatic profile. It gushes red fruits, oak notes and tobacco.

Palate: Plum, blackberry and mushrooms on the palate. It has high acidity, medium soft tannins, medium body and medium aftertaste. 

Drink or Hold: Considering its development till now, I believe it can age in the cellar for a few more years.

Food Pairing: It paired excellently with a black Angus burger stuffed with cheese and truffle.
