I think that this is a wine whose reputation precedes itself inside the Greek wine community. Now I know why. It is a brilliant Assyrtiko example, outside of Santorini, with exceptional quality. So, whatever you heard about it, is true. Just grab a bottle as soon as possible. 

Appearance: The colour is pale lemon-green. 

Nose: It is expressive with fresh yet ripe aromas of lemon, jasmine, peach, cream and smokiness. 

Palate: It follows the nose open-heart character with some tropical fruit, floral notes and minerality. It has almost full-body with high persistence acidity and a long fresh finish. 

Drink or Hold: Excellent now and in the next 6 years. 

Food Pairing: Try it with grilled sea bass or with dishes with citrus fruit juice inside.
