It is a decent Rioja from 100% Tempranillo with an excellent quality-price ratio. 

Appearance: The colour is medium garnet with ruby hues. 

Nose: It is ripe with intense blackberry and blueberry notes and preserved fruits. Many spices like liquorice, vanilla and cumin are supported by tobacco and chocolate.

Palate: It is very juicy with a core of ripe berries. The tannins are solid. It has high acidity and a medium-length spicy finish.

Drink or Hold: It is palatable now but with the potential for further ageing.

Food Pairing: It is perfect with paella.
