It’s Müller Time SandersStruck 2020, Staffelter Hof
Date Tasted: 6/2021
The label rock's but the juice inside the bottle does not support the excellent branding. However, Müller Thurgau is not famous for high-quality wines, so overall, the wine is not bad, but it is overpriced.
Appearance: The medium lemon colour points out the short time of skin contact.
Nose: It is fresh and youthful with some prime fruity aromas like lime, jasmine, pear, quince and wet gravel show up as time passes.
Palate: It is dry with medium acidity and medium body. The flavour is not intense, leading to a disadvantage alongside with short length aftertaste.
Drink: It can be better next year, but it is not a wine for a long ageing period.
Food Pairing: It is a lovely aperitif and can accompany light meals and salads.
