Nose: It has an intensely aromatic nose with jasmine, lime, nectarine and pineapple.

Palate: It has balance with medium acidity, medium body and medium aftertaste. 

Drink: The freshness is the advantage, so no further ageing is required. 

Food Pairing: Try it with a light green salad with seasonal fruit inside.
