Orgion 2013, Sclavos
Date Tasted: 9/2021
It is fabulous, and it seems to run through its best drinkable period.
Appearance: The colour is deep garnet.
Nose: It is deep and complex with a core of dark fruits supported by kirsch, nutmeg and graphite.
Palate: It is multilayered, noble and intense on the mouth. The oak notes are perfectly integrated. The tannins are high but delicious, with a medium body and a non-ending finish. Outstanding balance.
Drink: Open and drink that beauty!
Food Pairing: Food is not a necessity to enjoy a great wine like this one.
