This rosé sparkling wine from Assyrtiko and Limniona is a new release from Domaine Zafeirakis and is definitely worth a taste.

Appearance: The colour is medium salmon. 

Nose: It has a charming aromatic profile with floral notes, grapefruit, mango, apple, and crispy red cherry supported by notable biscuit and cheese tones.

Palate: It has exquisite bubbles with high acidity and a medium body. The balance is lovely. It is delicious, and the bottle could finish quickly.

Drink or Hold: It is perfect now, but there is no rush to empty the stock.

Food Pairing: Seafood, parmesan and delicate flavours will create a delicious combination.
