I am pretty sure if God asked me to choose a vine variety for paradise, that one would be Riesling. I hope heaven to be a cool climate region.

Appearance: The colour is medium lemon with green hues.

Nose: It is fresh yet ripe with intense fruity aromas and mineral signature as well. Grapefruit, lemon, orange, pineapple and wet gravel, to mention some of them.

Palate: It is dry with high acidity. The flavours still showing the tropical and mineral character with admirable intensity. Excellent balance with medium body and medium-plus citrus aftertaste. 

Drink or Hold: It is delicious now but with great ageing potential. 

Food Pairing: Try it with all kinds of stir-fried recipes, and you will no be disappointed.
