It is not a simple rosé since it has a more earthy character which manages to be ideal for pairing with food. 

Appearance: Medium salmon colour.

Nose: Medium aromatic intensity with potpourri, lychee, tomato leaf and blood orange. Palate: Grapefruit, pear and herbs on the mouth, good acidity, medium to full body and medium aftertaste. 

Food Pairing: Try it with vegetables in the oven with tomato sauce and herbs.
