It is an intense wine, expressive and with character. 

Appearance: The colour is a pale lemon.

Nose: It has intense and expressive aromas without being tiring. 

Palate: Lime, grass, smoke and chalk are present with high acidity, medium body and medium-length aftertaste. 

Drink: It is delicious now, but 2-3 years more in the cellar would not be a problem. 

Food Pairing: Try it with smoked codfish.
