It is an excellent wine, dominated by Santorini’s terroir, at an affordable price. 

Appearance: Medium lemon colour. 

Nose: It shows clear and intense layers of floral notes and citrus fruit aromas like lemon, honeysuckle, white pepper, and the characteristic smoked Santorini’s minerality.

Palate: Dried apple, petrol and hints of honey have started developing, medium body, high acidity and long aftertaste.

Drink or Hold: It is really great now, but do not hurry up to empty the cellar.

Tip: Leave it uncorked for one day, and you will be surprised by discovering the hidden energy.
