From the moment you see it in the store, the bottle screams to you: "buy me, and you will drink something historical, I deserve my money".
Appearance: The colour is deep garnet, bright and vivid.
Nose: It is intense, mostly with red fruits and black as well cooked and well-developed, are combined with spices like vanilla and cinnamon and notes from the barrel.
Palate: Leather, wet forest and game continue with medium acidity present till the end, soft tannins that caress the mouth and full body with a long forest fruit marmalade finish.
Drink or Hold: Ιτ can endure in time, but there is no reason not to open it.
Food Pairing: Try it with Beef Estofado.
