A rare indigenous variety gives this lovely white wine which is perfect for the summer.  

Appearance: Pale lemon in colour. 

Nose: Medium aromatic intensity on the nose, mostly white stone fruits, lemon, apple and grass. 

Palate: It is delicate and ripe on the palate with some tropical fruits like pineapple and melon. The medium acidity supports the medium body on a medium-plus aftertaste. 

Drink: Freshness is the advantage. 

Food Pairing: It is delicious as an aperitif and with fruit salad also.
