It is a pure and crystal wine yet without falling short in power and strength. 

Appearance: The colour is pale lemon with many green hues. 

Nose: It has a very fresh and charming aromatic profile full of white blossoms, pear, green bell pepper and grass. 

Palate: It is dry with high acidity and an almost full body. The lemon is dominant with grapefruit and lemongrass. The aftertaste is medium. 

Drink or Hold: It is delicious now, but a couple of years of ageing will develop complexity. 

Food Pairing: Any kind of fish would be matched perfectly.
