Blanc de Gris is one of the most sophisticated expressions of Moschofilero. Fermented in three different vessel types, 1/3 in stainless steel tanks, 1/3 in amphora and 1/3 in big foudres oak barrels with a remarkable result. 

And this is clear when the glass is approaching the nose, and the complex composition of floral and citrus fruit aromas fill up all the aromatic senses. But the big surprise comes on the palate, round, soft, with the balanced acidity stealing the show and a wealth of delicious intense flavours like grapefruit, lime, apricot and quince. 

It is enjoyable on its own, but try it near a roasted chicken in the oven, chicken nuggets or a sea bream. 

Leave some bottles in the cellar for up to five years and thank me later.
