Appearance: The colour is pale lemon-green.

Nose: It has intense aromas, mostly green fruits, melon and grass. 

Palate: The bubbles are creamy with medium acidity, medium to light body and short aftertaste. 

Drink: It is not suitable for ageing. 

Food Pairing: It is a perfect choice as an aperitif.
