It was the starting wine of the night, a pure and expressive Sauvignon Blanc.

Appearance: The colour is medium lemon.

Nose: It has pronounced aromatic intensity, and the principal aromas are melon, apple, pear and grass.

Palate: High acidity, light body and medium lemon aftertaste. 

Drink: It was already 3 years in the cellar and was excellent to remain a maximum of 2-3 more years.

Food Pairing: It paired excellently with a green salad with pear, walnuts and blue cheese sauce.
