Nemea 2012, Bizios Estate

Nemea 2012, Bizios Estate

Date Tasted: 7/2020

It is a soft wine from a single-vineyard in Nemea that has aged well and has gained nice complexity. Difficult for someone not to like it.

Appearance: The colour is deep ruby with garnet hues.

Nose: It is intense with red fruit jam, game, earth and mushrooms.

Palate: The earthy and leather notes are still showing on the palate with medium acidity, medium soft tannins, medium body and medium-length aftertaste.

Drink: There is no reason for more ageing.

Food Pairing: Try it with traditional lamb kebab, and thank me later.
