Mourvèdre 2018, Les Jamelles

Mourvèdre 2018, Les Jamelles

Mourvèdre 2018, Les Jamelles

Date Tasted: 4/2021

It is an easy-drinking wine, and its price reflects that. If one likes that kind of wine style, then it is perfect for house wine.

Appearance: The colour is deep purple.

Nose: It is a wine that emphasizes the fruit character, primarily ripe red fruit and blackberries with some spices as well. The oak and earthy notes add some depth.

Palate: It lacks concentration on the palate. It has medium tannins, medium acidity and a medium body with a short aftertaste.

Drink: There is not even one single reason for ageing.

Food Pairing: Simple dishes with red sauce would pair well.
