The name Apla (means simple) describes with accuracy the juice in the bottle.

Appearance: The colour is medium lemon-green.

Nose: It has an intensely perfumed nose of fresh fruits like apple, grapefruit, orange peel and melon.

Palate: It is dry with medium to high acidity, medium body and medium aftertaste. 

Drink or Hold: Freshness is the advantage here, so I do not recommend ageing. 

Food Pairing: Try it with fried small fishes.
