Pomerol 2000, Château Moulinet

Pomerol 2000, Château Moulinet

Pomerol 2000, Château Moulinet

Date Tasted: 8/2020

It was an unforgettable wine experience that fills all your senses and reminds you why wine is a unique good.

Appearance: The colour is deep garnet with brown hues.

Nose: It is remarkably complex with red and black fruit, wild berries, fig, raisin, caramel, forest, coffee, dark chocolate, game and so on…

Palate: It is very concentrated with refreshing acidity, perfectly soft and juicy tannins, full body and a never-ending aftertaste.

Drink: I would not recommend further ageing since it is at its best.

Food Pairing: It was marvellous with smoked duck carpaccio with figs, handmade ketchup and fresh pepper.
