It is an entry-level Pinot Noir from one of the biggest négociants and producers in Burgundy. 

Appearance: The colour is pale ruby.

Nose: Intense aromas, mostly redcurrant, cranberry, plum and herbal notes like eucalyptus, expressing freshness and ripeness. 

Palate: It is bland on the palate with medium to high acidity, medium tannins but quite hard, medium body and medium aftertaste. 

Drink: It can age for a few years, but you better drink it now. 

Food Pairing: Try it with cold cuts with oregano and extra virgin olive oil.
