The signature Champagne of the Pernod Ricard group shows ripe character and smooth mouth-filling and can be an enjoyable choice even for those who this wine style is not the first choice. 

Appearance: The colour is nice golden-yellow with small smooth bubbles.

Nose: It has a ripe aromatic profile, with citrus fruit combined with honey notes, minerality, brioche and yeast. 

Palate: Same aromas continue as well, with a nice texture, high acidity, medium body, delicate mousse and long, complex aftertaste. 

Drink: No reason for staying closed. 

Food Pairing: Drink it as an aperitif or aside by a green salad with orange and dried fruits.
