The winery’s entry-level Pinot Νoir is better than what you might expect.
Appearance: Medium ruby colour.
Nose: Medium aromatic intensity, mostly red fruits almost cooked, charred wood and tar.
Palate: Earthy, mushroom and tobacco with intense oaky notes. Medium to high acidity, medium-hard tannins, medium body, and medium aftertaste.
Drink or Hold: The ageing in a cellar would help develop a better balance.
Food Pairing: Try it with lamb chops.
