The wine-growing history of Maison Trimbach goes back to 1626. Since then, 12 generations of winemakers have tirelessly drawn on their passion for Alsace wines, ensuring that the wines they produce stand out for their quality and authenticity, patiently establishing a solid reputation for excellence from father to son. Today, the family vineyard is run by Jean and Pierre Trimbach and Pierre’s daughter Anne, the oldest member of the 13th generation, and Julien, Jean’s son. Their enthusiasm and ambition to keep the family’s tradition, rigour and know-how alive. 

Appearance: Pale lemon colour. 

Nose: It is youthful with aromas like grapefruit, rose, melon, lemon zest, apple and grape.

Palate: It shows ripeness and aromatic intensity, mostly tropical fruits and honey notes, with high acidity, light body and medium aftertaste. 

Drink: Drink it now is not suitable for ageing.

Food Pairing: Try it with light green salads.
