I could write a whole article about retsina, but I won’t do it yet. I would only say that this is the best retsina ever made!

Appearance: Deep golden colour.

Nose: It has many charming aromas on the nose, actually you cannot stop smelling, with excellent balance. The resin does not steal the show but works as a base for developing the aromatic complexity full of lemon, stone fruits, ginger and spices. 

Palate: You will taste Greece. Thyme, cumin and liquorice, with excellent texture, medium to high acidity and medium body. The alcohol is perfectly defined with a medium honey finish. It was the first retsina which everyone on the table liked!

Drink: Surely, it can age well, but the temptation to open is higher than to keep it in the cellar. 

Food Pairing: It can accompany every food you desire.
