Appearance: Pale lemon colour with many green hues.

Nose: The aromatic profile is gratifying gushes white blossom, grapefruit, gooseberry, passion fruit and a hint of wet gravel.

Palate: It has an incredibly intense flavour with crispy acidity and a light body. The aftertaste is epic with crystal fresh tropical fruit. Yes, it is a blockbuster!

Drink: It is not suitable for ageing.

Food Pairing: It pairs perfectly with stir-fried vegetables, sliced beef and hot spices.
