Nerello Mascalese is the noblest grape of Sicily, giving quality wines in different styles from the traditional method Spumante to trendy rose and fine red.

Appearance: Pale salmon colour.

Nose: It is fresh yet ripe with lovely floral aromas, tropical hints, a sense of minerality and strawberry lollipop.

Palate: It is refreshing with minimal palatable tannins and high acidity. It has a light body with strawberry and tropical fruit signature and an almost medium aftertaste. 

Drink: It is not suitable for ageing.

Food Pairing: It is perfect as an aperitif or light meal.
