Château d'Esclans belongs to the Louis Vuitton group and is part of the global network of wineries in strategic regions around the globe. The Whispering Angel is a million-selling bottle rosé and one of the most recognisable brands in the wine industry and beyond.

It always has a place in the lists with the most worthy rosé wines of the world. That is not a coincidence, I must say.

The name and appearance are quite misleading, and one will easily conclude that it is a German wine. But this diamond comes from South Africa and is excellent!

We chose to pair the earthy aromas of Château de Beaucastel with orzo cooked with mushrooms and truffle, and the result was just fantastic!

Through this exceptional rosé, in a magnum bottle, the chef Nikolas Pellegrini welcomed me to Mykonos island to have a good collaboration.
