Clos De Capelune 2018, Château Saint-Maur

Date Tasted: 6/2020

Through this exceptional rosé, in a magnum bottle, the chef Nikolas Pellegrini welcomed me to Mykonos island to have a good collaboration. It is a rosé wine with character that charms you from the first sip.

Appearance: Lovely summer rosé wine with the characteristic pale salmon colour of Provence.

Nose: Ιt really complex for this wine style full of blood orange, white blossoms, brioche, orange juice and tropical aromas.

Palate: The complexity is beyond expectation again with high acidity, medium body and long finish.

Drink or Hold: It is pleasant until the last drop now but can age as well a few years.

Food Pairing: It will accompany with pleasure exotic ceviche and Asian cuisine.
