This award-winning wine offers great pleasure and is a shining jewel in the Greek wine market and our cellar, of course.

Appearance: The colour is pale ruby.

Nose: It is complex with many aromatic layers starting from ripe red fruits followed by tomato leaf, dill, rosemary and spices like liquorice and nutmeg.

Palate: It is magic on the mouth with excellent texture. The tannins are high but have a liquid feeling, with the high acidity balancing all the elements perfectly. It has a full-body with intense flavours, mostly ripe and jam red fruits with discreet oak notes and a long aftertaste. Truly delicious. 

Drink or Hold: It is enjoyable now, but with transcendent prospects for development through ageing.

Food Pairing: Try it with Smyrna meatballs, kebab, pastrami and braise beef.
