How can things go wrong when the glass is filled up with a Grand Cru Riesling from Alsace? Actually, it cannot!

Appearance: The colour is shiny medium lemon. 

Nose: The aromatic depth is exceptional with floral notes, lemon, vanilla and honeycomb.

Palate: It is dry with high acidity and almost full-body. The texture is slightly oily with an intense minerality, and the aftertaste is long. 

Drink or Hold: It is enjoyable now but with a great future. 

Food Pairing: I tried it with several dishes on the table, and even with the lamb, it was quite lovely. Every fried recipe will fit just nicely.
