It is a natural skin-contact Retsina from Assyrtiko grapes. Once again, a Retsina that pushes the quality one step further. 

Appearance: Deep golden colour with amber hints.

Nose: Intense aromas like cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin and resin. 

Palate: Toffee, honeycomb and herbs with medium acidity, medium body and medium aftertaste. A wine that the resin does not steal the show. 

Drink: Ready to drink now or in the next 4 years.

Food Pairing: Try it with deep-fried cod with garlic mashed potatoes.
