Roditis 2016, Tatsis Winery

Roditis 2016, Tatsis Winery

Date Tasted: 5/2022

No matter the concept behind each wine, the target is one and only one: to deliver fun. When that rule fails, there are no excuses to justify the result.

Appearance: Deep amber colour.

Nose: It has a medium aromatic intensity, and it is somehow monotonous, with honeycomb, orange peel and apricot.

Palate: It is wild but lacks balance. The flavours are intense, with a few detectable tannins. The aftertaste is medium, oxidised and bitter.

Drink: It will not improve with ageing.

Food Pairing: Pasta with salmon and vodka sauce.
