It has nothing to be jealous of the cousins in Spain. 

Appearance: Pale ruby colour.

Nose: It is consecrated with black fruits mostly and red, combined with sweet spices and charred wood.

Palate: Sour cherry, plum and vanilla with good acidity level. The tannins are high but not aggressive, well-defined high alcohol, full body and medium-plus aftertaste. 

Drink or Hold: It is enjoyable now but can stay many years in the cellar. 

Food Pairing: Enjoy it with a lamb in the oven.
