Château Croix De Rambeau 2019, crafted by Jean-Louis Trocard, is a standout from A.O.C. Lussac Saint-Émilion. This deep ruby red wine enchants with aromas of plum, red cherry, mint, and tobacco. On the palate, it is full-bodied and balanced, featuring high yet refined tannins, vibrant acidity, and layers of dark berries, vanilla, and cigar box. With a long, juicy finish, it’s an excellent choice for pairing with beef stew and offers great ageing potential for the next 9 years.

This excellent wine had an unlucky taste after the Cuvée Evdemon 2016, and I dare to say that it stayed in Evdemon shadow. Nevertheless, the wine remains a delicious choice.

It is another wine from our cellar and the second Bordeaux but a different vintage.
