Not many wines in the world can compete with the best examples from Vosne Romanée, especially when we talk about Premier Cru or Grand Cru wines from top producers. These wines have an intellectual, poetic dimension and strong personality. They can intrigue the brain and stimulate the soul, almost metaphysical. “Les Beaux Monts” is not an exception. It is an absolute spot-on wine, multidimensional and delicious!

Appearance: Medium ruby colour.

Nose: It is captivating with a core of fresh red fruits like redcurrant, raspberry and sour cherry. Then comes a balanced layer with spices like clove, nutmeg and cardamon. And on the background displays a lovely flint and wet leaves layer. 

Palate: The charming finesse is a signature with silky tannins that literally caress the palate and bright acidity that gives freshness. It is a medium-bodied wine with exceptional balance and persistent red fruit flavour. Long, complex and mouthwatering aftertaste. 

Drink or Hold: It is fantastic now and will continue to blossom.

Food Pairing: Cold cuts and cheese, pigeon, carpaccio, sweetbreads.
