Clos Puy Arnaud 2012, Puy Arnaud
Clos Puy Arnaud is a pioneering force in Bordeaux's biodynamic movement. Situated amidst the limestone soils of Castillon, just a stone's throw from Saint Emilion, this estate crafts wines of unparalleled purity and vibrancy. Handpicked grapes, spontaneous fermentation, and ageing in clay amphorae ensure that each bottle is a testament to terroir-driven excellence.
Les Forts de Latour 1992, Château Latour
Les Fortes de Latour is the second label of Château Latour. It is a common practice in the Bordeaux region of all the major Château to produce a second less expensive label than the Grand Vin yet produced with the same meticulous care as the Grand Vin, both in the vineyard and in the winery. The main differences between the second label and the Grand Vin are the grapes' origin (young vines or less prominent plots), the new oak proportion and usually the higher proportion of Merlot in the final blend.
Even now, after I have tasted the Les Fortes de Latour, I struggle to believe that it was in such an excellent condition. After all, it is a 30-year-old wine!
Les Hauts du Tertre 2015, Château du Tertre
The Château du Tertre is a thousand-year-old estate whose vineyard, stretching over 52 hectares, remains unchanged since 1855.
Château Yon-Figeac 2000, Grand Cru Classé
This excellent wine had an unlucky taste after the Cuvée Evdemon 2016, and I dare to say that it stayed in Evdemon shadow. Nevertheless, the wine remains a delicious choice.
Château Mouton Cadet Reserve 2016, Baron de Rothschild
Baron Philippe de Rothschild Mouton Cadet is the biggest-selling Bordeaux brand in the world.
Château La Croix 2016, Joseph Janoueix
Janoueix family counts more than 100 years in wine production in Pomerol with merlot variety.
Lur Saluces 1998, Château d’Yquem
In the official classification of 1855 for Sauternes and Barsac, Château d’Yquem rated so highly that it was given its own individual rank: 'Premier Cru Superieur'.
1er Grand Cru Classé 2006, Château Canon
It is another wine from our cellar and the second Bordeaux but a different vintage.
Pomerol 2000, Château Moulinet
It was an unforgettable wine experience that fills all your senses and reminds you why wine is a unique good.
