Y’a Bon The Canon 2015, Jean Francois Gavenat
Date Tasted: 11/2020
Sometimes life does not reward you as you expect or deserve 🤩. So, fate hit my door with this wine (sorry, mate). Normally, I always try to point out all the positive aspects of wine (it is my philosophy), but with this one, even if I struggled a lot, I failed to find something. Among the others, the main faults are two: unbalance and poor complexity.

Palate: It is dry, with medium acidity, high astringent tannins, medium body and short aftertaste.
Drink: Drink it now, not suitable for further ageing.
