Don Maximiano Founder's Reserve is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful Cabernet Sauvignons based wines in Chile. It is an award-winning wine inside as well as outside Chile and a Jewel on the country's wine crown.

Appearance: Deep ruby colour.

Nose: It is intense, multi-dimensional and super complex. It has a red fruit core with a spice layer and perfect integrated oaky notes. Although impressive is too young. 

Palate: It is just marvellous! Perfect balance between the high yet fine tannins and the pronounced flavour intensity. It is velvety and soft yet bold and strong. It is a full-bodied wine with bright acidity and an endless aftertaste.

Drink or Hold: It is fantastic now yet far away from its best.

Food Pairing: Just put a clear medium-rare filet aside, and everything else is unneeded. Expresses itself best in Bordeaux glass.
